Veggie Ham Alfredo Soup

Vegetable Ham Alfredo Soup:

*SUPPLIES*

-2 1/2 C. Water

-3 Tbs. Chicken Bullion

-1 Tbs. Parsley

-salt & pepper

-1 small Onion, chopped

-1 C. diced Carrots

-2 small Potatoes peeled and chopped

-1 C. frozen french cut Green Beans

-1 C. chopped Ham

-1 jar Alfredo sauce

-1 8oz package cream cheese

-1/2 C. heavy cream

-1/4 C. Parmesan cheese

*DIRECTIONS*

Bring water, bouillon, parsley, salt & pepper to boil in large pot.

Add veggies, simmer till tender.

In a medium sauce pan, warm sauce, cream cheese, cream, and cheese on medium heat until combined.

Add veggie mixture, and then add in chopped ham. Serve with bread{homemade}

found this recipe today....am going to try it for dinner this weekend....can't wait!
